About Azad Sadeghi

Born with a passion for visual storytelling, Azad Sadeghi is a multi-talented filmmaker, animator, and director currently based in Hamburg, Germany. His artistic journey began in 2013, exploring the limits of acting and animation before diving deep into academic study, earning an Associate Degree in Animation and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Directing from the Soroosh University of Art and Culture in Tehran.

Over the past decade, Azad has established himself as a versatile creative force. He is the founder of Pashiz Studio, where he led production and directed the web series Pash Mesh. His freelance portfolio includes directing critically acclaimed short films like 3:33 , creating thought-provoking animations such as Gamepad and GameOver , working on international animation projects like Oman’s Alshare 13 , and collaborating with master animators like Bahram Azimi.

Azad’s creativity extends beyond the screen; he is also an instrumental composer who produced the music project Womanish. Now active in Europe, his recent work includes directing and handling the post-production for striking music videos in Germany. Whether directing behind the camera, animating frames, or designing soundscapes, Azad brings a profound, holistic vision to every audiovisual canvas he touches.
